DESCRIPTION: Hamilton Watch Co., Lancaster, Penn., "950 Elinvar", 16 size, 23 jewels, stem wind and lever set, adjusted to 5 positions, damascened nickel plate movement with lever escapement, gold jewel settings, gold timing screws, gold wheel train and whiplash micrometric regulator in a yellow gold filled, screw back and bezel, open face Hamilton "Railroad Model" case, and Arabic numeral, double sunk white enamel dial, black steel hands, serial #2612463, c. 1937
CONDITION: CASE: Dent, back cover and band, 6:00; Dings and pin pricks; Minor scratches on outer surface of case; Fine scratches on inner surface of case. DIAL: Hairline in enamel, very light, 9:30; A few minor scratches. HANDS: Very good. MOVEMENT PLATES: Fine scratches on plate; Winding wheels, regulator assembly and click with specks of oxide; Fourth and escape wheel bridge with dents, marring; Escape wheel endstone setting marred. MOVEMENT FUNCTION: Running order (winds, sets and ticks) .
